Chances are that if I were single, my house would look like this. Enough place to work on the cars, the living-bedroom-kitchenette separated by foldable doors, you know to keep the fumes away while at sleep...might cause headaches in the morning. Just imagine, getting something done on any of the cars before heading out to work. Ok, the resale value of your house may not be as good as that of normal ones but who cares. If it is your dream house you will probably want to live in it till the day you die. Then it is someone else's problem.
Just saying, be yourself! In a world that constantly bombards individuals with what they should aspire to, what to buy, it is perfectly ok to venture out of the mainstream and do whatever it is that makes you happy. Even if it means living in a garage.
