Case in point: the folk at FS Aviation used a drone to catch straight-down aerial views over a snow covered hairpin in one of the stages of the 2013 Rally Monte Carlo, which took place a few days ago. The footage captured was once reserved for the eyes of God himself and those with wings, but now, thanks to drone technology, we can all watch in amazement as well!
