In preparation for Curacao's drag racing season, which kicks off next weekend, I thought I'd post this video by Full Trottle/NHRA. It showcases the extensive preparation needed to put on a drag racing event. Even though our races are slightly smaller in car field and attendance, the preparations are pretty much the same.
From checking the starting and scoring system, to prepping the track, and culminating in opening the gates and welcoming the fans, both official and racers alike love racing.
Racing is in our blood.
