A Frenchman's five minutes of fame

For those of us mere mortals, who cannot be present at the opening round of FIA's Formula One season in Melbourne, Australia, or NHRA's Gatornationals in Florida, don't forget to check you local TV listings and gather around the TV set this weekend.
And today being Friday, I am sending you off into the weekend with a "cool" video.

It was just a matter of time for the world's first backflip to take place. French rally driver Guerlain Chicherit flipped a Mini Countryman on a snow ramp in mid-February in his hometown of Tignes. I guess it must have been an awesome feat for those funding this and the fans present, but I just don't get it. And, yes, pretty soon this will get incorporated into the sport of Global Rally Cross.

What do you think?

Thanks for reading.
