Carpe diem folks!

While searching the internet for an Ayrton Senna head shot, I stumbled across this one, of his hands on the steering wheel. There's nothing particular about it until you see the worn out tip of the thumb of the right hand glove. Click on the picture below to enlarge this.

What I find cool about the picture is that it reminds me of a bygone era. Not to say that I don't like the present, it is just that we fail to recognize that it too will one day become part of a bygone era. So why wait until then to enjoy, long for and reminisce about it. Having made me come to this realization, I like this picture even more now.
