One last look at Le Mans

Last week I spotted a great collection of race photos from the 2012 Le Mans endurance race, and thought it worthwhile to condense that gallery somewhat for you.

A race in which Toyota promised to take the fight to Audi only to have bad luck get the better of them.  Or the revolutionary entry by Nissan, the DeltaWing, also looked promising but a racing accident put them out of the race in a heart break moment.

All in all a beautiful race as seen through the lens of some of the best racing photographers around the world.
In this case, I am referring to Zerin Dube of Speed Sport Life, who shot the pictures below. Just click on the picture to expand and truly enjoy the moment caught in time.

Also, this year saw increased usage of super slow motion footage, something you have to see to appreciate. The folk at Grease and Gears have a great 15 minute long video of uncategorized clips that is worthwhile seeing. To go to that page, please click here.

Thanks for reading.
